Michelle Williams has found love again.
The actress is reportedly engaged to financier Andrew Youmans, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly on Wednesday.
Williams, who stars in the upcoming flick “All the Money in the World,” has been notoriously private about her romance with Youmans — so much so that the pair has rarely been photographed together.
“She wants a good guy and a stable family life,” an insider told Us Magazine.
The 37-year-old Oscar-nominated actress sparked speculation of engagement when she showed up to this year’s Golden Globes with a heart-shaped diamond on her ring finger.
She told reporters that it was just “beautiful jewelry.”
She wore the ring once again on New Year’s Day while vacationing in the Bahamas with Youmans and her daughter Matilda, 12, who she had with the late Heath Ledger.
Williams has rarely dated since her longtime boyfriend Ledger died almost 10 years ago on Jan. 22, 2008. In 2015, Us Weekly reported she was dating novelist Jonathan Safran Foer.
A rep for Williams did not immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.

The actress made headlines over the past few weeks after it was revealed Mark Wahlberg made $1.5 million to re-shoot scenes for “All The Money in the World” after Kevin Spacey was booted from the flick, while Williams made $80 per day — amounting to less than $1,000.
On Saturday, Wahlberg announced he would be donating the $1.5 million to the #TimesUp legal fund.
“Over the last few days my reshoot fee for All the Money in the World has become an important topic of conversation,” he said in a statement.
“I 100% support the fight for fair pay and I’m donating the $1.5 million to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund in Michelle Williams’ name.”
Williams later said in a statement that it was one of the most “indelible days” of her life thanks to Wahlberg.
“My fellow actresses stood by me and stood up for me, my activist friends taught me to use my voice, and the most powerful men in charge, they listened and they acted. If we truly envision an equal world, it takes equal effort and sacrifice,” she stated.
“Anthony Rapp, for all the shoulders you stood on, now we stand on yours.”
